MVE Oscillating Disc Rheometer and the Mooney
Viscometer have similar operating principals,
the Mooney rotates, while the Rheometer (ODR)
oscillates a rotor embedded in the test sample
as well as many common mechanical and electrical
components.
The MVE rheometer can easily be converted to a
Viscometer by interchanging a fev.: key
components, by a simple change of the rotor/die
assembly. The Mooney module consists of a
central shaft with attached motor drive
assembly, torque transducer and auto dead
-weight calibrator. In addition to the basic
